"Owner is smoking some good crystal ball. I’ll explain… he answers phone , before I state a word , he comes 80 MPH. lie after lie ! Blaming another insurance provider for the wrongdoing /illegal cancellation of my girlfriend’s policy. I wish I made this next part up , him being overly bias! Threatening me to call 911 ? He was so high , thinking my girlfriend was in danger? Why?? Since I’m Hispanic & she’s white , & we all see the typical racial bias behavior .Definitely not right way to go about that transaction . Some peoples kids , never get it. Made foul comments about my girlfriend & apparently says she has a substance abuse?? When I confronted him proving him wrong , he says “whatever” ? He was hallucinating thinking my girlfriend had his same habit . I encourage all folks to keep an eye on personal information, who knows what else this reject is messing with, it’s scary ."

"beware. I have perfect, driving history record, Rarely drive. Given quotes, then An extra $50 taken out of my bank account, from what the quote was. Constant over explaining but no resolution. Nothing online, in the app or even by mail showing the money they’re taking from you and what it’s going for. Sending me small checks in the mail with no reason explaining why. Had to delete the app because they’re online records are not up-to-date, or in real time, or even explain what they’re really are doing with your money, basically overcharging. Went somewhere else got much lower rates and real customer service."

"Horrible insurance company!! They didn't even investigate the information regarding an insurance quote or verify the applicant! Thus, the office may process a quote with your stolen identity - as it would have occurred with me, except my credit is frozen; unable to proceed with a quote or loan through my stolen identity. I don't recommend this insurance company at all!!!"

He was able to get the policy started the same day we got the quote, and was very pleasant to work with.
